What is Postural Alignment Therapy and Mind-Body Medicine

Postural Alignment Therapy posture exercises and movement therapies to rebalance the body in order to reduce pain and improve mobility. This natural approach to healing takes into account both structural and functional aspects of the body, including posture, muscle tone, flexibility, strength and overall alignment. Mind-Body Medicine is an integrative approach to healing that uses techniques such as mindfulness, meditation and lifestyle changes to reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.
