It is possible to avoid braces and surgery!

Scoliosis, kyphosis, and other postural conditions occur because of muscular dysfunction. Weak and compensating muscles allow the spine to move out of alignment and over time can cause structural damage.

Surgery, for example, focuses on changing the structure but ignores the muscle imbalances that created the problem in the first place. It is vital to address these muscular imbalances to allow the body to properly heal.

Muscles can pull bones out of alignment. Scoliosis, kyphosis, and poor posture cause muscle imbalances and pull the spine into a compromised position.
