However, after making the connection between bad posture and pain, I discovered ways to heal from chronic pain and it changed my life. This newfound knowledge not only helped me to overcome my own physical pain but inspired me to create Postural Healing to help others heal from pain, too. How did Postural Healing Changed My Life
Postural Healing was created after realizing the vital and often missed connection between posture and pain. I wanted to share my knowledge and experience with others so that they too could benefit from a better posture and improve their overall health. The best way to heal from chronic conditions is address underlying causes of pain or dis-ease, rather than treating symptoms. Restoring my posture has changed my life in so many ways, enabling me to be pain free, active, and healthy.
