What is Chronic Pain?

Chronic pain is a form of physical pain that persists for extended periods of time, lasting months or even years. It can range from mild, intermittent discomfort to severe, debilitating agony. The exact cause of chronic pain can be difficult to determine. It may include a combination of various factors such as posture and alignment issues, age-related wear and tear, muscular strain, nerve damage and even emotional distress.

The good news is that posture and alignment can be improved with a little effort. Regular stretching, strengthening exercises, yoga and other forms of movement can help to alleviate chronic pain by helping to correct posture and alignment issues.
