Postural Alignment Therapy Equipment
Postural Healing does not require special equipment. You can use
household items for most of the exercises. However, some people prefer to purchase equipment. And sometimes I recommend equipment to help move you more towards your goals.

Happy Healthy Feet
Your feet are the foundation of your posture and movement.
Babies are born with their toes being the widest part of their feet.
Often this changes over the years due to conventional footwear which are often rigid and compress the toes together. Over time this can result in foot problems and pain.
The people I work with know that I am passionate about healthy, functional feet. So many people have foot pain and issues. What they don't know is that there are ways to relieve foot pain and regain function.
Below you will find some of my favorite foot related goodies!!
Do you have foot pain and want to help to determine what would be the options for your posture and feet?
Set up a session to:
• Receive postural alignment exercises
• Get personalized shoe recommendations
• Try on Correct Toes for a proper fit
Designed by Dr. Ray McClanahan, DPM, Correct Toes help the foot rehabilitate from the negative effects of conventionally shaped footwear.
The device, made of soft, flexible silicone, encourages the toes back into their natural alignment found at birth.
With progressive and consistent use while active and weight bearing, toes align and feet strengthen, restoring your foot’s original position and function.
Schedule a FREE 15 minute appointment to get fitted in your correct toes.
Schedule a 30 minute visit to get fitted in your correct toes and receive recommendations on shoes specific to your feet.
Over time, conventional shoes weaken our feet and deform our toes which can alter gait, posture and balance, and leave us dependent on supportive, cushioned footwear.
The good news is that there are natural shoes options available. Healthy shoe options will:
• Have a wide toe box
• Be flat from toe to heel
• Have a flexible sole
Here are some of my favorite shoes:
These are a new favorite! I have the Mesa Trail - Women's Lightweight Trail Runner which works well for hiking, walking and going to the gym.
Genuine comfort comes from letting your feet do what's natural - bending, flexing, moving, feeling.
Xero Shoes lets them do that!
I have been wearing these shoes for the past 10 years as well. I my favorite is the Boulder Boot.
Instead of trying to create the next footwear fad, Lems designs with the foot in mind to keep your feet happy & healthy, every step of the way.
I have been wearing Softstar Shoes for over 10 years and love them!! My favorite is the Adult Moc3 RunAmoc.
These are for people who require minimal foot support. Their minimal shoes are designed to allow natural, barefoot-like movement. This helps you develop strong feet and a solid foundation for a life of movement.
YogaClub is the premier activewear subscription box that styles you for at least 50% off retail prices so you can look good and feel good for less.
