Postural Alignment Therapy Equipment
Postural Healing does not require special equipment. You can use household items for most of the exercises. However, some people prefer to purchase equipment. And occasionally equipment is recommended to help you reach your goals.
This one is more practical than a favorite. If you need equipment for your posture exercises, I recommend the block and strap combo that includes 2 blocks and a strap. There are some posture exercises that use two blocks so it is good to have them on hand.
Your feet are the foundation of your posture and movement. Babies are born with their toes being the widest part of their feet. Over the years, this changes because of conventional footwear which are often rigid and compress the toes together. Foot problems and pain can result over time.

The Alpine boot is warm and lightweight – these feel so soft and comfy compared to big clunky Winter boots!
