“I’ve done yoga for years, yet I would have still have minor aches and pains in my back, and my right hip would tilt forward out of alignment.
After several weeks of exercises from Anna, my body is staying much more aligned, I have no more minor aches and my posture is much more strait. I feel stronger and healthier.
