Are you ready to take action to begin healing so you can feel and move better?
During this 12-month program you will create goals and design a customized healing plan to get you there.
We will incorporate mind/body medicine tools which will help you to shift things energetically, emotionally, and to reduce stress. We will discuss various topics related to pain, posture and wellness to help you intentionally formulate your individualized plan.
Plus, you have access to postural alignment movement classes to create a physical shift – creating balance, reducing stress, and facilitating healing.
As a community, we hold the space for each other to be accountable to ourselves. We learn from and inspire each other by staying committed to our own journey.
Weekly coaching calls including topics related to posture, pain and wellbeing, Q&A, and developing skills and tools to help you heal from chronic pain
